Workflow learning seeks to get knowledge into your hands - where you need it most - in the flow of your job. Here is how the model works. For any key process you can request a knowledge assessment that will allow you to gauge how well you know the process. The assessment results will then direct you to learn only that information you need to learn. For quick help, you can pint out and follow the job aid for the process. For a complete detail of the process, you can enter its name into the online procedure manual and receive a print out of the process as it is defined in the manual. If you find the need to learn more about the process, we have online modules ready to help. In order to transfer your knowledge directly to your operation, you then conduct a performance audit. Lastly, when you're ready to certify your knowledge level relative to the learning issue, you can request an application to take our certification exam.

1. Click any letter in READY and you will be taken to the college's main page. From there you will see the modules associated with that college.
2. Click Here and you'll go to the university main page. From there you can click on each core competency to see the learning issues associated with that core competency. Click on any learning issue and you'll be taken to the learning module associated with it.
